Sophia Lupino
I am a Danish Canadian psychologist and sexologist with a masters degree in applied psychology from Canada, and a counseling and education specialization. In addition, I have supplemented my education with studies in couple therapy, stress management, trauma management, neuropsychology, clinical hypnosis, grief and narrative therapy.
My understanding of people and of life has been further enriched by working with clients from many different backgrounds, who have faced many different challenges. Life has also been generous to me, when it comes to providing challenges to dive into, and I have been through significant transitions, serious illness and loss.
My desire to support people in having the best psychological basis for a good life, my studies, and my professional experiences, have all contributed to my approach to psychotherapy and the talks and workshops I offer.
